Pricing FAQ
Do I need a subscription?
No. Packs are a single payment and nothing renews. Buy another pack only when you run out.
Do my credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. They stay on your account until you use them.
Am I charged if a render fails?
No. If the model errors out or the video is blocked by a safety check, the credits for that render go back to your balance on their own. A topic we cannot use is turned down before anything is charged.
Can I get a refund?
A pack you have not used can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; write to support@airapduo.pro. Credits already spent on finished videos cannot be refunded.
What is the difference between 480p, 720p and 1080p?
Sharpness. 480p is fine for a quick laugh in the group chat, 720p looks clean on TikTok and Reels, and 1080p holds up on a big screen. A 1080p song is 25 credits, so it needs the Trio pack or larger if you start from zero.
Can I use the videos commercially?
You can post them on your own social accounts, including monetised ones. Using someone's face to advertise a product needs their written permission, and celebrity likenesses are never allowed.
