Refund Policy: Credits, Failed Renders, Refunds | AI Rap Duo
This policy explains what happens to your money and your credits at AI Rap Duo (https://airapduo.pro). It is part of our Terms of Service. Questions go to support@airapduo.pro.
Failed renders
Credits are taken only when you confirm a render. If the render fails or times out on our side, the credits for that video return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. A topic that is refused before rendering never uses credits at all.
Refunds for unused packs
You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@airapduo.pro from the address on your account with the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Partly used packs and finished videos
Credits that have already been spent on finished videos cannot be refunded, because every render has a real cost to us. If some of a pack is used, the unused credits stay in your balance and never expire.
Broken videos
If a finished video is clearly broken (for example, there is no sound, one face does not move, or the file will not play), email us within 7 days with the video link and we will either render it again or return the credits it used.
No free trial
There is no free trial and there are no free sign-up credits. Instead, failed renders cost nothing and unused packs can be refunded as described above.
Removed content
If we remove a video or close an account because it broke the rules in our Terms of Service (for example, photos of children or of someone who did not consent), no refund is due.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. The current version always lives at https://airapduo.pro/refund-policy.
